Countywide spending on transportation is higher than any other scenario; drive times across the valley are medium; travel without a car is moderately convenient; people spend a medium amount of time in the car and a medium amount of money on fuel and maintenance
The third-lowest emissions of the scenarios; buildings are 18% more efficient than they are today; 25% of cars are electric or zero emissions; people drive a medium amount
New housing follows projected market trends; a variety of housing options is available; private yards are smaller; housing is more affordable; energy efficiency is improved by 12%
Teacher salaries improve somewhat, increasing instructional quality; educational collaboration is fair; more students obtain post-secondary certificates and degrees in trades; some more high-paying jobs in consumer products, advanced manufacturing, and agriculture, benefiting the entire economy
Water use per household is reduced by 47%; lots are smaller, and many homes use very efficient desert landscaping; low-impact design is used to clean stormwater runoff
